Randomness of the day

Ever just have one of those days where you have a million things running through your head!? MMKKK that is me today, this week really. I feel like everything is completely crazy and my dialogue/ thought process is going.

House payment was due today.... that hurts the piggy bank. Ouch. No shopping or eating out for me until next friday... aka payday. It officially just pisses me off every month when this has to be paid. Reason 2341 why I am ready for husband to be DONE with school. I am tired of being the moolah maker

I am hosting craft day for the girls Saturday... fun as this will be planning and liquidating 5 Hobby Lobby's of their craft department... I'm over it. Why can't one store have 50 bags of reindeer moss... I dont get it (*joking...seriously*)

I need a change. I find myself seriously hating  Atlanta more and more everyday. Hopefully I'll have better news to change this soon!

Traffic seriously sucks in this city. Im sorry if you get tired of my constant rants on twitter because I hate traffic and the crazies that somehow managed to get a lisense... your all freaking NUTS!

Husband has been annoying me lately, for all you bloggers that never seem to get annoyed or pissy with your husband I envy you. Or just fibbing. Mine requires hand-holding at times (what man doesn't though) and this week just is not my week I feel like babysitting.

So I have to get bitchy

And text in all caps to get my point across

Then I sit at my desk fuming

And I really wish a glass of wine (or 2) was acceptable in the workplace.

Speaking of workplace... better get back to it. Wish you could see my excitement in typing.

I Miss home... the end!

Holy Bachelor and the Beach...

Happy Tuesday! I feel like its been forever since I have blogged. It's been a busy week for me! We were BACK in Tennesee this weekend for a bridal shower I had for a wedding that I am in this March! It's soo nice to be home and see friends but my gosh I am tired of traveling. Don't get me wrong I love more than anything in this world to be in Tennessee. It just soothes my heart. But, there is nothing like waking up in your own house on a Saturday morning and being able to clean, relax NOT get in the car and drive and ohh yea.... $3.25  a gallon for gas is kickin my tail! Anywho...

Soo onto the bachelor last night... anyone else just ripping at the seems over this season! It's definitely my favorite. I want Emily to win sooooooooo  badly it's not even funny! She is beyond cute and they look good together! He NEEDS to pick her mmmkkk!

Now onto the true reality that is not the Bachelor... I am super excited for the 1st planned vacay of the year. Hubby mentioned to me possibly planning a beach trip for our anniversary. We were just going to go to Nashville at stay where we did the night of our wedding:

The Music City Sheraton is absolutely amazing and I am just in love! I might have to sneak a 1 night getaway there this summer just so we can go back! I hate we didnt get to enjoy being there and relaxing with the craziness from the wedding!

Anywho... soo as soon as hubby mentioned the word b-e-a-c-h I was sold! Lets book it! We invited our travel/ event partners in crime:

And we are booked!! Hello Seaside vacation house for 5 nights in September (hubbys school schedule slightly got in the way of an August Anniversary Trip)! I beyond excited! The beach is my haven and Seaside... well we will be retiring there one day! Its the most amazing place! I'm only slightly excited... :)

(Again I have no idea why the bottom pictures are small)

Anyone else have fun plans coming up?! Stay tuned for my 2011 Spring/ Summer Agenda! We are going to be busy to say the least!

Titleless Thursday...

...only because I have a migraine from hell and I can't think of anything creative. I am sitting at my desk praying to God I don't pass out because the pressure in my head is ridiculous right now. I cannot focus or think and well can't go home. Short staffed= me staying at work.

Nothing creative from me today but I do have a request

This Blog has absolutely been breaking my heart. They just lost their 4 month old baby girl out of nowhere and their story is absolutely tearing me up. Every post I read I am crying and absolutely gut wrinching thinking about losing a child like that. If you get a chance please stop by to read her story and say a prayer for this family.

Happy Almost Friday!!

Top Two Tueasday...

Top 2 things youve learned from your parents or grandparents

I am loving this Top Two Tuesday this week. How blessed are we do have such amazing knowledge and influences in people like parents and grandparents. I am blessed with a great set of both!

1. My dad has always taught me, as odd it might sound, to have a sense of humor on life. Let me explain- I am one of those take it to heart kind of people. Anything said, especially from someone I care about, in a negative or bad way I take it really deep to heart. My dad is a great exaple, he will say a smart ass comment about something I've done or about hubs- in a completely joking way- and I take it as if he isn't happy with me or he is disappointed. I have found to be able to face life, in gerenal, with humility and not take everything so seriously can really prove more happiness in my life.

2. My grandparents have always taught and shown me through their means of living to live as frugally as possible. My grandparents spend nothing  besides the bare essentials in life. My grandfather is probably the cheapest person I know. But in a good way. I think from living through the depression and my grandfather in the war it has just shaped them to not live beyond or even to the fullest of their means. I truly think that is how we all should live and seeing through them their wisdom and knowledge excites me for everything I have to learn from them and for myself in this thing called life!

They have also taught me so much about love. The way my grandpa takes care of my grandmother is absolutely incredible. He does all the cooking, cleaning, shopping, banking, you name it he does it! He allows my grandma to worry about nothing and completely takes care and watches over her. That is true love. That is true dedication and the true meaning of the vows we all take- for better and for worse, in sickness and in health.

We are 6 months Along....

Haha Not that kind of along....(was I the only one that laughed)

Today, hubby and I have been married 6 whole whopping months! I can't believe my amazing wedding was already 6 months ago. I cannot believe that we giot engaged over 2 years ago.

Marriage has been extremely easy for us. We, like everyone else, have our small hiccups and rough days (mainly due to my high standards or hormone levels-depends on the day) but all in all despite it all this has been the best decision and easiest decision we have ever made. Marriage just comes fun to us. We like to watch the same thing on TV, generally have the same thoughts for a perfect weekend, have the same lifelong goals and most importantly we are truly BEST FRIENDS.

We all know I'm not one for the mushyness so I am done for now! I do however, LOVE our wedding pictures... Happy Monday!
