Our House as of late

Well as usual another weekend has come and gone VERY quickly and I am struggling with the concept of tomorrow being Monday! This weekend was incredibly relaxing and wonderful! Yesterday was spent cleaning the house and then a wonderful fun filled day of COLLEGE FOOTBALL! Everything my heart could desire- well except my Vols LOST and looked completely pathetic to Georgia which doesn't help now that I live in Georgia! Then Alabama got upset by the awful Steve Spurrier (South Carolina) AND Kentucky soooooo almost beat Auburn! Oh well- just another reason for ESPN to blast the SEC about how over rated we are blah blah blah! Anywho- my vols have this Saturday off (as does my aching football heart) so I can actually try and have one normal, non irate, cursing Saturday! Today we went to a new church to continue our church hunt and Hubby and I both fell in love! It was definitely one of those moments where we looked at each other and just felt that sigh of relief of this can be our church- not to mention its all of 2 miles from our house which makes for good rushing off to church mornings! After church we went to the cutest Pumpkin Patch (Hubby's way to get me off his butt for a couple days- I've been dying to go!) We got our 19 pound pumpkin and now we spent the afternoon watching Braves Baseball and Titans Football- OH how I am a sports junky!!

Ok I'm done- so I thought I would post some pics of the house we have been working OH so hard over the past month or so! I dont have any uploaded of the decor- those to come but here is the grand tour of the Bills residence as of late ** this is our house that we are renting in Marietta for the next 3 years while Hubs finishes up school! Not my dream home, or even my home, but not too shabby if you have to call something home for a while :)

Loving this craftyness I've been in lately! Last night was wreath making night and mantle decorating (Pictures to come I promise).

It will look something more like this once its up (and not sitting on my desk at work)

 Last weekend was pumpkin topiary weekend which created this lovely fellow

This weekend's agenda consist of painting pumpkins to replace the above little guy who decided to get infested with bugs this week :(

The rest of this weekend will consist of watching my beloved Vols take on the Bulldogs! This is especially a BIG game now that I live in Georgia and well I need some good ole' Tennessee bragging rights!!

How do I go from worst blogger ever award to 2 count em' TWO post in 1 day?! Well....ummm I got nothin! This is short and sweet! Just thought I would share some bridal portraits taken FOREVER ago for a photographer that needed to add to his Bridal Portfolio- soo YIPPEEE me I got to be the Guinea Pig! Strange that this really didnt look at ALL like me on my wedding day but you get the point :)

STILL waiting on photos from the wedding to come back- one antsy bride alert! Did anyone else have to wait FOREVER in a day for your pics?! My photog was amazing but I'm ready to see the amazingness now- oh and she is due to have a baby umm Saturday! Hopefully we will get them asap! MMMKKK here you go! Happy Tuesday

All Things Fall and Pumpkin

Hello blog world!! So yes, I know I have been quite MIA lately but I do have good reasons- they are......... ummm I'm a newlywed, house projects, very busy social life LAZY would probably cover it. I've just really enjoyed going home after work and pittling around the house and really doing whatever! It has been such a NICE change from the craziness that WAS my life! Anywho, lately all the girls at work and I have been in our fall crafty modes so thought I would pass along some ideas we have come up with!

I made this and it was SUPER easy! I reccomend using toothpicks to help secure the pumpkin to the foam board
